Refunds and Exchange - If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 10 days from receiving the item to contact us. You many contact us at Houndtailor@gmail.com if you're unsatisfied with your purchase or an item does not fit. You may send the items back to use after you receive a RMA number. We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor refund original shipping costs for any return however if you need to an exchange an item for a different size or color we can work with you. Effective 01/01/24 We do charge a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns. Any items that are returned that are not in NEW condition and able to be resold  incur additional fees
